What is a Job Brokerage Service?
We provide tailored 1-to-1 support for unemployed people from our offices in South London. We have built up a network of trusted employers such as Sainsbury’s and construction firms such as Wates who are ready to take on “job ready” Clients for immediate employment.
We work with our clients to help them overcome their individual barriers and we target specific employers on your behalf and provide direct access to employment.
The service is available to those who have criminal convictions. We will help you to make the appropriate disclosures to the employers. We have a network of offender friendly employers who will offer opportunities to offenders who have spent and unspent convictions.
We will work with you to formulate an action plan, undertake vocational profiling sessions and get 1-to-1 employability training, concentrating on making strong applications to suitable jobs. We will also help you creating the best possible impression when you are at interview.
By creating a CV, you can upload a profile and showcase your educational or employment history to prospective employers. While at the same time employers who have job vacancies browse client profiles for suitable candidates that match their requirements.
